DMS Dazcat

We delivered a full hull and coachroof wrap for DMS DazCat, providing a complete marine graphics solution from colour testing and print production through to professional installation in Falmouth.

This project demonstrates our expertise in marine vinyl wrapping, boat graphics production, and on-site installation for high-performance vessels. We carried out extensive colour testing and material proofing to ensure the final graphics met the client’s expectations. Samples were evaluated under real-world lighting conditions to confirm colour consistency, finish quality, and suitability for long-term marine exposure.

This step ensured the final wrap delivered both visual impact and durability.

Print Production

All graphics were produced in-house using marine-grade vinyl materials and high-resolution printing technology. This guarantees:

• UV resistance
• Saltwater durability
• Sharp graphic detail
• Long-lasting colour performance

Each panel was precision cut and quality-checked prior to installation.

Hull & Coachroof Installation in Falmouth

The installation was completed on-site in Falmouth by our experienced marine wrap specialists. Both the hull and coachroof surfaces were carefully prepared before application to ensure optimal adhesion and a flawless finish.

Complex curves and panel joins were aligned seamlessly, creating a continuous graphic flow across the vessel.

The finished hull and coachroof wrap delivers a bold, professional appearance for DMS DazCat, strengthening brand visibility and modernising the vessel’s aesthetic.

This project highlights our ability to manage large-scale marine wrap projects from initial colour testing through to final installation, with exceptional attention to detail and technical precision.
