We’ve joined the SME Climate Commitment to reduce our impact and achieve carbon neutrality by 2050

Our commitment to a sustainable future; Grapefruit Graphics is amongst thousands of UK businesses who have joined the SME Climate Commitment to reduce our environmental impact.

Being sustainable has always been at the forefront of what we do. We are proud to hold the following certification ISO certifications for 14001 Environmental & 20121 Sustainable Events, ISO 9001 Quality management System & ISO 45001 Health & Safety. We recognise that climate change poses a threat to the economy, nature and society-at-large and our company commits to take action immediately in order to:

  • Halve our greenhouse gas emissions before 2030
  • Achieve net zero emissions before 2050
  • Disclose our progress on a yearly basis

As part of this initiative we are proud to be recognised by the United Nations Race to Zero campaign, and join governments, businesses, cities, regions, and universities around the world that share the same mission.

Our standards

ISO 9001 was first introduced in 1987 and requires organisations to demonstrate that they do what they say they do, and that they have a Quality Management System in place to ensure consistency and improvement; leading to high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

ISO 14001 was first introduced in 1996 as a British Standard and requires organisations to have an environmental policy and action plan in place to manage their impact on the environment. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.

ISO 20121 is a management system standard that has been designed to help organisations in the events industry improve the sustainability of their event related activities, products and services.

ISO 45001 is a standard for management systems of occupational health and safety ​and was formally published in March 2018. The goal of ISO 45001 is the reduction of occupational injuries and diseases, including promoting and protecting physical and mental health. Certified organisations are committed to continuous improvement and are assessed annually to ensure progress is being maintained.
