Welborne is an ambitious and forward-thinking development located just north of Fareham in Hampshire.
Designed as a sustainable garden village, it promises to be one of the UK’s most significant private housing projects, comprising 6,000 new homes.
With a deep commitment to environmental stewardship and community-focused planning, Welborne aims to blend seamlessly into its natural surroundings while offering a traditionally inspired architectural aesthetic. The development includes vital amenities such as primary and secondary schools, healthcare and leisure facilities, and essential infrastructure — all surrounded by over 50% green space, ensuring every home is within 300 metres of publicly accessible nature.
We were honoured to be selected as the branding supplier for this landmark project. As a local company dedicated to delivering exceptional quality, our values align perfectly with Welborne’s vision of sustainable, high-quality living. Our involvement in this project reflects our commitment to producing branding that respects both the local heritage and the innovative goals of the development.
Our role in Phase 1 of the project has encompassed a broad range of creative deliverables. We were responsible for producing and installing branded scrim as well as, large-scale digitally printed hoarding across the site. One of the focal points of our work has been in the Welcome Centre, a beautifully curated environment where prospective residents and stakeholders can immerse themselves in the Welborne experience. Every detail has been crafted to reflect the ethos of the place — harmonious, practical, and rooted in quality.
What sets this project apart is its focus on blending design with purpose. Our branding work is not just about aesthetics — it plays a crucial role in guiding visitors, building anticipation, and reinforcing the identity of Welborne as a unique and desirable place to live. The signage and hoardings are not only functional but also narrative tools that tell the story of what Welborne stands for: a community built around sustainability, accessibility, and traditional charm.
